I have bought Brooks Addiction Walkers for years. I spend
the entire day on a concrete floor and these shoes hold up
for months before they need to be replaced. I found them
during my search for a woman's work shoe that would keep me
going all day. True to size, no break in time.

I have purchased and worn 3 pairs of the addiction walker.
The were quite comfortable, but this last pair I purchased
is quite uncomfortable. I am a nurse and wear the shoe 8-12
hrs a day. I have since discontinued wearing the new one and
have resorted to my old pair. I am quite disappointed with
the shoe and the cost incurred.

This is my 3rd pair of Addiction Walkers, just the first
from Shoebuy. This is a perfect shoe for my orthotic
wearing, plantar fascitis hurting feet. For me, nothing else
works. Why I didn't give it a 5 star is that it isn't a very
attractive shoe. Seems they could make it in more colors,
such as a nice, warm brown or burgundy and generally "pretty
up" the exterior just a bit. Otherwise, perfect.

I wear this shoe everyday to work, as I have problem feet,
overpronate, and have two surgeries on each main toe. These
shoes keep me comfortable, have great support, and don't cut
in or rub. This is the third pair I have bought. They lasted
an enitre year and are hardly even worn out, but I really
wanted a backup pair in black. I took them with me to Hawaii
and hiked for miles in them!

These shoes were for my daughter who never could get any
shoe to fit with out hurting her feet . The Brooks Addiction
Walker are the only shoe you put on and wear them all day at
work and never hurt, so comfortable I will remember and
order more of these shoes. Never had such comfort.

Shoes are great, substantial, and keep my foot from turning,
BUT they are much smaller than my regular size. I cannot
wear my standard socks that I were with my other walking
shoes as my foot becomes jammed into the shoe then. I am
very disappointed in this as they were expensive and by the
time you determine they are not going to loosen up, it is
too late to return them.

I am a 69 year old female who rides and trains horses each
day. Yesterday I put my new Addiction Walkers on and for the
first time in several years I was on my feet in comfort. For
three hours I gave lessons with no sitting down! I have R.A.
and wide 2E feet. I have spent years in pain but have kept
going. Now for the first time I can continue my career with
the knowledge that my feet will not control my life. I just
purchased my second pair of addiction sneakers, one week
after owning my first pair! Thank you from the bottom of my
